Singapore continues to support its citizens through various voucher schemes in 2025. If you’re a Singaporean looking to stretch your dollar a little further this year, this is good news for you. With the rising cost of living, the government is rolling out Community Development Council (CDC) Vouchers and Goods and Services Tax (GST) Vouchers to help households cope.
Let’s take a closer look at what’s coming this April, who is eligible, how much you can receive, and how you can claim these benefits.
What Are Singapore Vouchers?
Singapore Vouchers are part of the government’s ongoing support to help citizens, especially low- and middle-income households, manage everyday expenses. The two main voucher schemes in 2025 are:
- CDC Vouchers – meant for everyday spending at hawker stalls, heartland shops, and supermarkets.
- GST Vouchers – a four-part scheme to offset the impact of GST on Singaporeans.
These benefits are part of the Assurance Package, announced in Budget 2025 by Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Lawrence Wong.
